DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties This agreement is concluded between EGE HOLIDAY TOURISM TRAVEL TRADE LIMITED COMPANY (“Seller”) with the information below and the customer purchasing the service (“Buyer”), in electronic form within the scope of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of services such as domestic and international tours, hotel accommodations, and entertainment packages purchased by the Buyer through the Seller’s website or other digital platforms.
3. Service Fee and Payment
- The Buyer shall pay the fee for the purchased service using one of the payment methods offered by the Seller.
- After the payment is completed, a confirmation email containing reservation details will be sent to the Buyer.
- The Seller undertakes to provide the service purchased by the Buyer completely on the dates specified in the agreement.
- In cases such as force majeure or insufficient participation, the Seller has the right to cancel or change the date of the tour or event. In this case, the Buyer will be informed.
- For cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour departure date, 100% of the fee is refunded.
- No refund is made for cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour departure date.
- The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation request in writing via [info@egetatil.net].
- The right of withdrawal is not valid due to the nature of the purchased service being tied to a specific date or duration as per Article 15 of Law No. 6502.
- The Buyer accepts by agreeing to this contract that there is no right of withdrawal.
