CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

1. Parties This agreement is concluded in electronic environment between EGE TATİL TURİZM SEYAHAT TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Seller") with the information below and the customer who purchases the service ("Buyer"), under the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Subject of the Agreement This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of services such as domestic and international tours, hotel accommodations, and entertainment packages purchased by the Buyer through the Seller's website or other digital platforms.

3. Service Fee and Payment

• The Buyer will pay the fee of the purchased service through one of the payment methods offered by the Seller.
• After the payment is completed, a confirmation email containing the reservation details will be sent to the Buyer.

4. Execution of the Service

• The Seller undertakes to provide the service purchased by the Buyer completely on the dates specified in the contract.
• In cases such as force majeure or failure to achieve sufficient participation, the Seller has the right to cancel or change the date of the tour or event. The Buyer will be informed in such cases.

5. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

• If cancellations are made 30 days or more before the tour departure date, 100% of the fee is refunded.
• If cancellations are made less than 30 days before the tour departure date, no refund is made.
• The Buyer should notify the cancellation request in writing via [info@yunanadalar.com] to the Seller.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• The right of withdrawal is not valid since the purchased service is tied to a specific date or period as per Article 15 of Law No. 6502.
• By accepting this contract, the Buyer acknowledges that there is no right of withdrawal.

7. Resolution of Disputes In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts are authorized.

8. Validity The Buyer is considered to have accepted all the terms of this contract by making payment through the website or digital platforms.
