🧿 Day 1 | Çeşme Departure – Southern Island Tour ( Armolia – Mesta – Pyrgi )
At 07:00 AM, we check in at the office located at the Çeşme Customs Port entrance and complete our passport procedures before taking our seats on the ferry.
At 08:00 AM, we set off towards the blue waters of the Aegean and, after a pleasant journey of approximately 30 minutes, arrive at Chios Island. Our guide greets us at Chios Port and we begin our island tour.
Our first stop is Armolia Village, famous for its handmade ceramics. Here, we take a short break at a ceramic shop and see the mastic trees.
Next, we visit Mesta, one of the best-preserved castle-villages from the Middle Ages to the present day. We walk through its narrow, labyrinth-like streets, take a coffee break in the village square, and visit the Taxiarchis Church.
Afterwards, we move on to Pyrgi Village, famous for its houses with geometric patterns. Our guide informs us about the special decoration technique known as "Xysta".
Following the tour, we are given free time for lunch at a tavern by the sea. Guests who wish can enjoy fresh seafood and mezes.
After the tour ends, we proceed to our hotel.
After completing our check-in procedures, we settle into our accommodation at the hotel.
🌅 Day 2 | Walking Tour | New Year Celebration
We start the day with a late breakfast at our hotel. After breakfast, we embark on a walking tour to discover the historical and cultural fabric of Chios Island. During the city walk in the center of Apoloteria, we have the opportunity to see the city's important landmarks and historical buildings up close.
After the city tour, we return to our hotel to make use of our free time. For the rest of the day, you can enjoy your time in the streets of Chios, go shopping, or explore the atmosphere of the island before the new year.
In the evening, we return to our hotel for the most special night of the year and prepare for the New Year's Gala to welcome 2027. At the gala night held at our hotel, a rich buffet gala dinner featuring delicious options awaits us. Beverages will be served separately.
Later in the evening, together with Greek music, stage shows, and entertaining performances, we experience the excitement of the new year and, after the countdown, say hello to 2027 together on Chios Island!

Guests who wish can enjoy a pleasant walk in the lively center of Chios Island, savor shopping in boutique stores, sip their coffee at seaside cafes with an Aegean view, or enjoy the sea in crystal-clear waters. You may also have the opportunity to make your day even more colorful with optional activities suggested by our guide.
Meeting point in front of the hotel at the time determined by the guide and transfer to the port. After completing our check-in procedures, we take our seats on the ferry and begin our return journey.

During the gala night, a rich buffet dinner will be served accompanied by traditional Greek music performed by a live orchestra.
