DAY 1. ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MILAN – GENOA
After meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 03:30, we complete our check-in procedures and then depart for Marseille at 07:05 on flight TK1365. Upon our arrival in Marseille at 09:20 local time, we transfer to our ship at the Marseille port. After completing check-in procedures and settling into our cabins, free time. Our ship will depart the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 2. LA SPEZIA
Our ship will dock at the Barcelona port at 14:30. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish to may join the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra. Our city tour of Barcelona, one of Europe's most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. Among the sights we will see are La Rambla Street, the Christopher Columbus Monument, the Maremagnum artificial harbor, Barceloneta Beach, the Olympic area and port, Catalunya Square, Paseo de Gràcia avenue where Gaudí's houses have been turned into an open-air museum, and his most essential work, the Sagrada Família. During our tour we will go up to Montjuïc hill and take scenic photographs. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:30. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 3. CIVITAVECCHIA (ROME)
Our ship will dock at the Civitavecchia port at 08:00. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish to may join the "Rome City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra. On this full-day tour, after a 1 hour 15 minute journey from the Civitavecchia port by our bus waiting for us, we arrive in Rome and take a panoramic tour by bus. Sights include Castel Sant'Angelo, the Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza della Repubblica, Via Nazionale, the Theatre of Marcellus, Circus Maximus, and the Forum areas. We then explore Rome's famous squares on foot. Sights include Piazza della Rotonda (Pantheon), Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, where we end our tour with a shopping break. At the end of the tour we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 4. AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship offers you many alternatives. Those who wish may enjoy the ship's indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis and sunbathing areas. Those who want may shop at duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment performed in dozens of bars. Various dining alternatives are also available throughout the day. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 5. PALMA DE MALLORCA
Our ship will dock at the Palma de Mallorca port at 09:00. After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish to may join the "Palma de Mallorca City Tour & Valldemossa & Frédéric Chopin Museum Tour" organized by our guides as an extra. This full-day tour begins with a visit to the tourist paradise of Palma de Mallorca, a city of 300,000 inhabitants. Sights include the 14th-century Bellver Castle, the famous 13th-century Palma Cathedral, and, viewed from the outside, the nearby Almudaina Palace. Then, after a panoramic view of the historic Arena, a symbol of the city, we head to Valldemossa in the southwest of the island, also known as the Valley of Moses. Valldemossa, a magnificent village that in the Middle Ages was used by kings as a summer retreat and as a resting place for monks, is our next stop. By getting to know this region and photographing it extensively, we will have the opportunity to understand the spirit of the island. In Valldemossa we will also visit the most important part of the tour, the monastery where the world-famous French composer Chopin and writer George Sand created some of their finest works, and we will bear witness to their emotional stories. After the tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 21:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 6. BARCELONA
Our ship will dock at the Barcelona port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Departure for the "Barcelona City Tour" organized by our guides as an extra for guests who wish to join. DAY 7. MARSEILLE / AIX-EN-PROVENCE
Our ship will dock at the Marseille port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Departure for the "Marseille City Tour & Aix-en-Provence Tour" organized by our guides as an extra for guests who wish to join. In Marseille, an important maritime city, our tour will begin with a visit to the "Notre-Dame de la Garde Basilica" located on a high hill. Other sights include the Longchamp Fountain, Saint-Charles railway station, the old city, Hôtel de Ville, and the yacht harbor area. We then travel to Aix-en-Provence, 40 minutes from Marseille. It begins with the famous 12th-century St. Saviour's Cathedral, with its Romanesque façade and covered arched passage. During a pleasant walk through the old part of the city, you will see its ancient inns and the Mazarin quarter, designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarin. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.
DAY 8. GENOA – MILAN – ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock at the Genoa port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we complete our ship disembarkation procedures and then leave the ship. We depart for Milan Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Upon arrival at the airport, after check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1816 at 19:25. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:25 local time. End of our tour.
