Day 1 Izmir-Skopje
Meeting at Pegasus Counter in the International Departures Terminal of Izmir Airport. After ticket, luggage and passport procedures, we will depart to Skopje at 19:45 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1571. We will arrive in Skopje at 20:00 local time. After luggage, passport and customs procedures, we transfer to our hotel in Skopje. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2 Skopje – Tetovo (Kalkandelen) – Bitola (Manastir) - Resne - Ohrid
After the breakfast at our hotel, we visit the Alaca Mosque in the city of Kalkandelen (Tetovo), which has a unique architecture rare in the Balkans. Afterwards, we cross the Mavrovo mountains to reach Bitola. During our city tour in Bitola (Manastir); we will visit the Turkish Bazaar, the Bedesten, the Ishak Mosque, the New Mosque, the Haydar Pasha Mosque, and experience one of the most emotional moments at the Military High School where Atatürk graduated and the Atatürk Museum. Then we proceed to Resne. In Resne, we will see the Palace of Niyazi, one of the most famous figures of the Committee of Union and Progress, who gained fame due to his contributions in the Turkish-Greek war. After that, we cross the Mavrovo mountains to reach Ohrid, a Mediterranean-style coastal town in the Balkans. We start our tour with the Harbor Square, discussing the statues we see and during our walk in the district where the historic Ohrid houses were filmed in the Elveda Rumeli series, we will present the historic Ottoman houses, the Church of Aya Sofya, and conclude our tour with a presentation of the famous Ohrid Pearl, the biggest symbol of Ohrid. After the tour, we will have free time. After the free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3 Ohrid – Sveti Naum – Tirana – Shkodra
After breakfast, we first arrive at St. Naum with a 1-hour journey surrounded by magnificent views. We visit the source from which Ohrid lake originates. The stunning view here will take your breath away. After the tour, we move to Tirana via the border passage through Elbasan. We will conduct a panoramic tour of this beautiful city, which was established by Suleyman Pasha in 1614 and became the capital of Albania in 1920, which was caught between wars throughout the 20th century and endured the dictatorship regime of Enver Hoxha for 40 years. During our tour, we will see Ethem Bey Mosque, the historic Clock Tower, the National Museum, the Opera and Ballet Building, the Parliament and Prime Ministry Buildings, the Presidential Palace, the Statue of Mother Teresa, and Skanderbeg Square. After the Tirana tour, we will have a short free time. After gathering, we will reach our accommodation point in the Shkodra region. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 Shkodra – Budva – Kotor – Medjugorje
After breakfast at our hotel, we cross into Montenegro, one of the youngest states in the world.The first stop is a panoramic view of St. Stefan, which was once a settlement area for fishermen and was sold to a Singaporean multimillionaire after expropriation, is now a holiday destination for the jet set (depending on the availability of parking). Following this, we will continue along the incredibly picturesque coastal roads of the Adriatic, seeing Budva panoramically, and the next stop is the important tourist attraction and nature haven of Kotor. Here in Stari Grad (Old Town-Fortress) you will get to know this charming town on foot. After the Kotor tour, we will head to the city where we will be staying. Accommodation in Medjugorje, Trebinje, or the surrounding area. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5 Medjugorje – Mostar – Blagaj - Konjic – Sarajevo
After breakfast at our hotel, we move towards the historic Mostar. Upon arrival in Mostar, during our city tour on foot, we will first see the Mostar Bridge (built in 1557 by Architect Hayreddin, this bridge is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture). The bridge was destroyed in 1992 during the war but was reopened in 2004 with significant contributions from the Republic of Turkey. We will explore the old town bazaar. After free time we move to Blagaj, known for its Alperen heritage. After visiting Blagaj, we proceed to the capital, Sarajevo. We will have a break in the city Konjic for a coffee break by the Neretva river and to see the famous Konjic Bridge, which has been restored from Ottoman times to the present by Turkey.Afterwards, we reach the capital Sarajevo. We will have a walk in Baščaršija, Europe’s most distinguished bazaar. Our tour starts with the fountain Sarajevsko Sebilj, which has become a symbol of the bazaar. Next, we will see Morica Han, one of the most authentic points of the city. Then we will visit the Hüsrev Bey Mosque, a relative of Suleiman the Magnificent. The next points of visit will be the Clock Tower, the famous fountain, and the monument of the Eternal Flame, after which we will have free time where guests can take photos at the Latin Bridge, where World War I began. After the tour and free time, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6 Sarajevo – Vrelo Bosne – Belgrade
After breakfast, we will visit Vrelo Bosne, located at the foot of the Igman mountain, which is the source of the Bosna river, during which Tito ordered its construction. This park is famous for its beautiful walking paths and traditional cafes. After the free time, we depart for Belgrade. After our journey, we will start our city tour in Belgrade, one of Europe’s oldest cities and now a symbol of vibrancy and activity, starting from Knez Mihailova Street, the city’s most elegant street. We will then move on to the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmet was wounded but it was Kanuni Sultan Süleyman who completed its conquest, where we will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Sokullu fountain, and the terrace overlooking the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, the most beautiful view of the city. After the tour, we will have free time. Overnight at our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 7 Belgrade – Skopje
After breakfast, we head towards the capital of Macedonia, Skopje. In this city, where two different cultures are separated by the famous Vardar River, we will start our tour from the Macedonian side, which is referred to as the land of statues, where we will see the colossal statue of Alexander the Great first. We then pass over the historical Skopje Stone Bridge across the Vardar River and witness how the cultures change immediately, moving into the Skopje Turkish Bazaar, one of the finest bazaars of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans. We will start our bazaar tour from the historic Davut Pasha Hamam, then see Kapan Han, and the Murat Pasha Mosque which has survived earthquakes to remain. After our visits, we will have 1 hour of free time in the Turkish Bazaar for shopping. Among the items we can buy are Shushka pepper, Ustrumça peanuts, and slippers. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 8 Skopje – Kosovo (Prizren) – Matka Canyon – Izmir
After breakfast at our hotel, we head to Kosovo, which is mostly populated by Muslim Albanians, one of the world’s youngest states. We will have an emotional day in the former Ottoman land, where a humanitarian drama occurred not long ago. First, we will visit the Tomb of Murad Hüdavendigar. Following that, we will make a short bus journey to Prizren. In Prizren, perhaps one of the prettiest cities in the Balkans, during our panoramic tour we will visit the 17th century Turkish Bath, the Sinan Pasha Mosque built in 1615, and Prizren Fortress. After completing the tour and during the free time, we will move to Matka Canyon, known for its outstanding natural beauty, nearby Skopje. We will have a nature walk here and after a free time, those who wish may take a canyon boat tour with the renowned boats of the canyon. After free time, we will arrive at Skopje Airport. After completing the ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Izmir at 20:45 with Pegasus Airlines flight PC1572. We will arrive in Izmir at 23:00.
