Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program can be changed by the guide according to the conditions of the museums, historical sites being open/closed, and weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are made through vehicle narration without including museum or historical site entrances. These tours last at most 2-3 hours. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours if they are not allowed to visit or if the routes are closed for any events including when the weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot at locations where vehicle entry is prohibited.

9- Important points to note for tours conducted by Speed Boats include avoiding heavy meals and excessive water consumption just before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guides about their conditions.
10- There is no refund for services included in the prices for tours or meal services if the participation in those services is not provided.

The fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.

Our guests acknowledge that they accept the potential crowding and bed type issues in triple rooms and/or reservations with children due to the extra beds to be added to standard rooms.
34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel bookings are mistakenly stated by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identity verification for age determination for children.
