Get ready for a wonderful program in Samos, one of the most enjoyable islands in the Aegean, where you will both relax and experience discovery-filled moments.
Day 1 | Departure from Kuşadası – Vathy Discovery
We meet at 07:30 at Kuşadası Port (Scala Nuova). After our passport procedures, we depart by fast ferry at 08:30 and after approximately 45 minutes of enjoyable sea journey, we arrive at the central Vathy Port of Samos Island. On some dates, our guide may meet you at Samos Port and you can join the tour from there.
(Our guests coming from Seferihisar will be greeted by our guide at Samos port.)
We advise our guests who will obtain a visa on arrival to sit close to the door on the ferry to expedite their processes.
Our check-in time at the hotels is 15:00, but depending on availability, earlier entry to our rooms may be possible.
In the afternoon, we meet at 16:00 at the point indicated by our guide and start getting to know Vathy. During our approximately one and a half hour walking tour, we begin to discover Vathy. Throughout our enjoyable walking tour of about one and a half hours, we receive information from our guide about the rich history of the island, the culture of daily life, the lifestyle of the local people, cute cafes, delicious restaurants, and entertainment spots. As we proceed through the narrow streets, we witness both the past and the present spirit of Samos up close.
During our walk, we see what is currently the only Catholic Church on the island, which is abandoned. This building, with its silence and mystical atmosphere, becomes one of our special stops that shed light on the multicultural history of the island.
Next, we reach the heart of the city, the Aslanlı Square, which is the oldest and still actively used town square of Samos. Here, we see both the lion statue that symbolizes the square and explore the surrounding historical fabric. The **Municipality Building** and **Archaeology Museum**, which are important structures bearing significant traces of the island's history, are included in our tour.
In the final part of our tour, we conclude at the monument of Themistocles Sofoulis, who is known as the first President of Samos, one of the important figures of modern Greek history. At this meaningful point, we take memorable photos and imprint the atmosphere of history and culture in Vathy into our memories.
In your remaining free time, you can sit in cafes with views of Vathy, take a walk along the beach, or enjoy the sea.
In the evening, one of the events that best reflects the spirit of the island awaits you. In our extra organized Taverna Night program, we have fun in a delightful atmosphere with live Greek music. The menu offered for the evening includes unlimited ouzo and wine. Guests who wish may receive suggestions from our guide to continue the evening entertainment in different venues.

Day 2 | Büyük Ada Tour
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, we meet at the port at 09:30 and set off to explore the island. During our tour, we first have a panoramic view of the Vathy region to receive general information about the island's layout.
Then we change our route to Kokari, one of the most photogenic spots on the island. After our guide provides a panoramic tour of the area and shares information, free time is offered here. The guests who wish can enjoy the turquoise sea, take a walk along the beach, or capture beautiful photos of postcard-like views.
Our next stop is Pythagorion, known as the birthplace of the famous mathematician Pythagoras. In this area, which captivates with its historical texture and coastal atmosphere, we make our tour with our guide; we learn about Samos Castle, Transfiguration Church, and famous Blue Street. After a short walk in the harbor area, we take a photo break in front of the Pythagoras Monument.
Next, we have a pleasant meal break at one of the most popular restaurants by the sea. You will have the chance to try fresh seafood and the flavors of Greek cuisine.
On the way back, we make a brief shopping stop at Lidl, one of the largest chain supermarkets in Europe. Here, you can find both affordable products and local flavors.

Day 3 | Free Time – Enjoying Samos Day
After having breakfast at our hotel in the morning, your day is completely yours. You can swim in one of the beautiful beaches of the island, enjoy the sun and clear waters in turquoise coves.
You can take pleasant walks in the streets of Vathy, pause for Greek coffee in beach cafes, or buy island souvenirs in souvenir shops. For those who wish, you can rent a car and discover the different beaches and villages of the island, or seize the opportunity to swim in hidden coves.
Today is a day where you can enjoy Samos's peaceful atmosphere and plan your day entirely on your own.

Day 6 | Samos – Return to Kuşadası
(Optional Boat Tour Opportunity)
After our breakfast, we check out of our rooms. You can leave your luggage at the hotel and enjoy the last moments on the island until ferry time.
For guests wishing for an unforgettable experience, an Optional Private Boat Tour is organized. We embark from Vathy Port on our boat, which accommodates a maximum of 20 people, and enjoy a delightful blue cruise that lasts about 4 hours with swimming breaks in coves that are inaccessible by land.
At our return time, we meet at the port to queue for passport control. After passport procedures and free shop shopping, we board the ferry and arrive in Kuşadası after approximately 45 minutes of travel.
