In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and James Cook Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, James Cook Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the James Cook Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if James Cook Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that the visa was not used. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.

- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading the requested ticket and to transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
