Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, and pregnant guests should inform their guide of their conditions. 9- There is no refund for services that are included in the prices if guests do not participate in the specified tours or meal services. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when they purchase the trip. 12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee. 13- According to airline rules; round-trip airline tickets are canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used. 14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flights are personal responsibilities and must be completed by the guests at the airports before the flight, at the airline counters, or online via the airline’s websites. 15- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at the airports and shown on information boards. This information must be followed by the guests themselves. 16- Wtatil is not responsible for guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times indicated by the airlines for participation in the tour, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do complete them on time but do not board the plane. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flights remain their own responsibility. 17- The general baggage weight for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary according to the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg for those internal flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of Wtatil. 18- Guests who wish to upgrade their tickets with miles (to business or first class) can do so depending on the airline’s (check the airline to which you are a member) availability after the tickets are issued. No guarantees are given for upgrades on each flight. Check if the tickets in the program are from an upgradeable class. 19- In some airlines, meals and online check-in services may be subject to extra charges. Other Matters 20- Wtatil will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation processes made directly with the hotel by the guest. In such a case, Wtatil will provide information 15 days prior to the travel date. 23- When registering for the purchased tour; the guest must correctly enter/declare the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties for cancellation or changes of airline tickets arising from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 24- To use your mobile phones abroad, ensure that your phone is allowed for international usage before leaving Turkey by contacting the company to which your line belongs. 25- The check-in time for hotels is 3:00 PM, and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. 26- Wtatil forwards requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) to the hotel. Care is taken to ensure that reserved rooms reflect the preferences of the guests according to the hotel's availability. The realization of these requests depends on availability at check-in time, and Wtatil cannot guarantee it. 27- Breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast usually associated with Turkish cuisine. It is generally served with limited options that include butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. 28- In some cases, a double room may be provided as a twin bedded room. Most European hotels offer twin rooms that can be combined when necessary. 29- Child and extra bed policies may vary based on each hotel and room types. 30- Any extra beds and baby cots are provided at the request of the guest and according to hotel availability and must be approved by the hotel. 31- The capacity of extra beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum). 32- In triple rooms, extra bed implementation exists; the bed allocated for the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Our guests hereby declare that they accept the potential tightness in rooms and the bed types due to the extra beds in triple room and/or child booking. 33- If the number of children and their ages who will stay with adults in hotel reservations is incorrectly declared by our guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest making the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify the children's ages. 34- In reservations of 2 adults + 1 child, separate beds may not be available for the child. Child rates only apply if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts are only valid for one "single child" who meets the age group while staying with two adults. 35- Daily currency exchange rates are reflected in the TL prices. Rates valid at the time of payment apply. Additional requests and some premium services (mini-bar, ironing, etc.) are subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the total at the time of purchase and should be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any type of city, tourism, or other taxes currently in effect will be collected by the hotel from the guest at the time of entry or exit. 37- The distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and overall conditions. 38- Wtatil may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in essential situations or when it deems necessary. 39- Personal items, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of the tour participants are under their own responsibility, and Wtatil is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, any expenses related to delivering them to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item. 40- Tour participants are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to health issues with them. 41- Upon check-in at the hotel, a deposit in cash or credit card may be requested for possible extra charges from officially issued photo ID/passport. Return of the requested deposit upon departure is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and Wtatil does not intervene in this process. Visa and Passport 42- There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. 43- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. 44- To have an entry-exit stamp in your passport at customs crossings/border gates, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport. 45- The exemption from visa requirements for entry into these countries does not mean that entry/exit can be made; passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit, and Wtatil cannot be held responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger. 46- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who have dual citizenship and intend to participate in the tour using their other country's passport need to inquire directly with the relevant consulates about the visa procedures for the country they will travel to. Wtatil will not be held responsible for any resulting consequences. 47- In order to avoid problems while passing through the border customs with damaged, torn, wet, and/or similar passports, it is recommended to renew the passports. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 48- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or only with one parent may be required to present a consent document indicating the joint approval of both parents at border crossings; therefore, it is advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive to this issue.
