Day 1 Izmir – Belgrade

Meet 3 hours before our flight at Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures terminal. Depart for Belgrade on AJet Airlines flight VF1001 at 17:05. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, arrival at 17:55 and after entry procedures, our city tour of Belgrade begins with our private bus, the capital of Serbia and one of Europe’s oldest cities, a new symbol of vibrancy and activity. Among the places to see are the Old Palace, decorated with magnificent carved ceilings from the Turkish period, the Millennium Monument, Belgrade Fortress, one of the supply centers of the Ottoman fleet at the point where the Sava River joins the Danube, where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded for its conquest but whose conquest was achieved by Suleiman the Magnificent, Kalemegdan, Tašmajdan, the Military Museum, the Tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, and Bayrakli Mosque. After the tour, overnight in our hotel in Belgrade.

Day 2 - Belgrade

After breakfast, free time all day; guests who wish may join the Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito’s Mausoleum Tour & Tesla Museum Tour. Overnight in our hotel in Belgrade.

Extra Tour: Zemun & Avala Tower & Tito’s Mausoleum Tour & Tesla Museum: 70 Euro

Guests who wish may join our extra Zemun - Avala Tower and Tito’s Mausoleum tour. In this tour, we first go to Zemun. In Zemun, we will see mansions from the Austro-Hungarian period, the bazaar, the taverns street, the old theater, and Zemun Park. Then we go to Avala Tower, designed by architects Ugljesa Bogunovic and Slobodan Janjic. After touring the tower, which was bombed by NATO in 1999 and reopened in 2010, we will visit the memorial tomb of Marshal Tito, the Croatian-born founder of the 2nd Yugoslavia. Elected President of Yugoslavia on January 13, 1953, and the one who turned Yugoslavia into a Socialist Federal Republic. After our visit to Tito’s tomb, who was made president for life in 1974 and died in 1980, though the controversy still continues, we will visit the Tesla Museum. Nikola Tesla, a Serbian-origin American inventor, physicist, and electrophysics expert, signed many experiments/inventions, used and unused, that could radically change the structure of science and technology in the world. In particular, an invention such as wireless transmission of electricity and his proof of it explains how unique an inventor he was. We are sure you will be fascinated by this museum.

Day 3 - Belgrade

After breakfast, free time all day; guests who wish may join the Novi Sad - Sremski Karlovci Tour. At the end of our tour, we head back to Belgrade. Overnight in our hotel in Belgrade.

Extra Tour: Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour: 75 Euro

In this tour, in the morning we depart with our private vehicle to go to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary-Venice and Poland. On our visit, the 4-gated venue where the agreement was signed, and in addition to this, the square, the four lions fountain, the historic high school, and the Orthodox and Catholic churches are among the places we will see. After a coffee break, we continue on our way. Along the route, at Petrovaradin Fortress, we will see the Belgrade Gate, the clock tower, the Upper Town, the Long Barracks, and the Leopold Gate. Then arrival in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. Economically, it is the most developed region of Serbia and its capital is Novi Sad. During our walking tour here, Liberty Square, the National Theater, Danube Street and the riverside, the Svetozar Miletić Statue, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox Cathedral of Saint George, the Church of Saint Nicholas, and the Synagogue will be seen panoramically.

Day 4 Belgrade - Izmir

After breakfast, free time after vacating the rooms. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we depart for Adnan Menderes Airport at 18:45 with Ajet Airlines flight VF1002. Arrival at 21:25 and the end of our tour.
