GENERAL TERMS 1- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program. 2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days prior to the travel date. In such a case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The total cost of the tour will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside of the tour, domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded to the guest. Visa services, travel health insurance, and other services that have been used on behalf of the guest cannot be refunded. If the guest has purchased the domestic flight connection independently from a different provider, the guest cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the Agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses arising from the cancellation of the tour when they purchase the tour; the Agency cannot be held responsible. 3- If there is insufficient participation for the trip, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the guide service included in the package will only cover the airport transfer for international departures and returns. Cancellation and Change 4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are arranged at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur penalties on the flight ticket costs, which are non-refundable. 5- Our guests have the right to cancel at no penalty until 30 days before the tour departure date, provided they notify the Agency in writing, except for air tickets that have been paid and/or committed to the airline. If there are 31 days or less until the start of the trip, the guest may cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the flight ticket price, and if it is 15 days or less until the trip starts, the guest may cancel by paying the entire tour fee as a penalty. In the case of cancellation, since the refund conditions for additional services like domestic connections, visa services, and travel health insurance may vary depending on the cancellation request period, it is necessary to inquire in advance about refunds. The Agency cannot make any commitments regarding the refund of additional services. Guidance Services and Extra Tours 6- The days and hours of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide according to the conditions of the museums and historical sites at the places to be visited and the weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during the tours. 7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hours long without including entrance to museums and historical sites, and are conducted with narration by the guide from within the vehicle. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if local authorities do not grant permission for visits due to any event or the tours become impossible due to weather conditions, including but not limited to road closures. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot when access by vehicle is not allowed or due to road closures. 8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants and the closure status of museums and historical sites while adhering to the content of our tours. This also applies in the event of changes to flight times. 9- Important considerations for our tours conducted by Speed Boats include: no heavy meals or excessive drinking of water immediately before boarding the boat. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests are required to inform their guides of their conditions. 10- There are no refunds for services included in the prices if the guest does not participate in the specified tour or meal services. About Flights 11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in the event of any disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law, the Hague Protocol, and the Warsaw Convention will apply. 12- There may be delays or changes in the departure times for scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is obliged to inform the guests of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip. 13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax. 14- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline. 15- Check-in and boarding procedures for participants in flights are personal responsibilities, and these must be performed by the guest at the airports before their flight, either at the airline counters or online on the airline's websites. 16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves. 17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times according to airline regulations for participating in the tour. Guests who miss their flight will bear all costs for obtaining a new round-trip ticket necessary to be included in the tour and any transfers in the destination area. 18- The general baggage weight limit for flights departing from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, the baggage weight may drop to 15 kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency. 19- Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets using miles (to business or first class) can have the upgrade processed based on the availability of the airline (check with the airline you are a member of) after the tickets are issued. An upgrade guarantee is not provided for every flight. Check whether the program's tickets are eligible for upgrade. 20- Meals and online check-in services may incur additional charges with certain airlines. Other Matters 21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest by contacting the hotel. In this case, the Agency's cancellation conditions will apply. 22- In cases where hotel names are not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided, or options are offered for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the travel date. 23- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used that are farther than the specified locations or kilometers. In such cases, notification will be provided by the Agency 15 days before the tour departure date. 24- When registering for the purchased tour, the guest must correctly enter/disclose their name as written in the passport, date of birth, and passport number in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests. 25- To be able to use your cell phones abroad, check with your service provider before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international use. 26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. 27- Requests regarding room requirements (high floor, near general areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Efforts will be made to meet the preferences of the guest regarding reserved rooms, depending on the hotel's availability. Fulfillment of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency. 28- Breakfast offered in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast typically enjoyed in Turkish cuisine. It is usually served as a continental breakfast, consisting of limited options such as butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room assigned for groups. 29- In some cases, a double bed may be provided instead of a twin-bedded room. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined if necessary. 30- The policy regarding children and extra beds may vary by hotel and room types. 31- Any extra bed and cot requests will be provided upon request and depend on the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel. 32- The capacity for extra beds or baby cots in the room is a maximum of 1. 33- In triple rooms, extra bed implementations exist, where the bed designated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Guests express that they accept the possible overcrowding and bed type due to extra beds added to the standard room in reservations for triple rooms and/or with children. 34- If the number of children and their ages staying with adults in hotel reservations are misrepresented by the guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest who provided the incorrect declaration. The hotels may request identity verification for age determination for children. 35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child is staying next to two adults. Child discounts apply only to age groups eligible for “one child” staying alongside two adults. 36- Daily currency exchange rates will affect TL prices. The rates applicable at the time of payment are valid. Additional requests and certain extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) at the hotel may incur additional charges that are not included in the purchase and will be paid directly to the hotel during your stay. 37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any such applicable city, tourism, or other taxes will be collected from the guest by the hotel during entry or exit. 38- The distances provided in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical locations of the visited countries, road works, and conditions. 39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without violating the program's content in cases of necessity or as deemed appropriate. 40- Guests' personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications are under the guests' own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. The costs incurred during the return of forgotten items to the country and/or person fall to the owner of the items. 41- Guests participating in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any medications and reports related to their health issues with them. 42- For possible extra expenses, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit at check-in. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest and does not involve any intervention from the Agency. Visa and Passport 1- Our guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel. 2- At customs crossings/border gates, at least 2 blank pages must be available in your passport for entry-exit stamps. 3- Being exempt from a visa and/or having a visa does not guarantee entry/exit into/from the countries scheduled for the tour; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry/exit, and the Agency is not responsible for this. The responsibility lies with the passenger. 4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or who hold dual citizenship and participate in the tour using their other passport must inquire at the relevant consulates about the visa procedures of the country to be traveled to; otherwise, the Agency will not be held responsible for any arising consequences. 5- To avoid problems with customs police at border crossings due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, passports must be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger. 6- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent should be advised to be prepared to show a document indicating the mutual consent of both parents to customs officials at country entries/exits.
