Meeting at the departure terminal of İzmir Adnan Menderes airport. Departure for Serbia's capital Belgrade at 17:05 on AJet flight VF1001. After a comfortable flight, arrival at 17:55 local time and transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle after the entry procedures into the country. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Belgrade – Sarajevo
After breakfast, we move towards the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo. Upon our arrival, we will visit the famous Baščaršija, the historical Ottoman inn Morica Han, the Catholic Cathedral reflecting the city’s religious cosmopolitanism, the Synagogue, Husein Bey and Ferhadija Mosques, the Latin Bridge where the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand took place in 1914, the Old Library, and the Western-style buildings that were constructed during the 40 years of Austro-Hungarian rule. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 3: Sarajevo - Mostar - Blagaj - Počitelj - Medugorje
After breakfast, we depart from Sarajevo. Our first stop is Mostar, famous for its historical and cultural richness. Here, we will see the Mostar Bridge, built by Architect Hayreddin in 1557 and one of the masterpieces of Ottoman architecture. This bridge was destroyed in 1992 but was reconstructed in 2004 with the contributions of the Republic of Turkey. After exploring the enchanting atmosphere of Mostar, we will visit the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque. Then we move to Blagaj, where the Buna River, the strongest water source in Europe, originates. After a short free time here, we proceed to Počitelj, known as the Turkish Village, where we will see the Ottoman works from the 16th century. Upon reaching Kotor, we will embark on a walking tour in this medieval town famous for its fjords, feeling the historical atmosphere of the narrow streets and the old city. This small town, with its unique architecture and sea view, will take you on a journey through time. Next, we will visit Budva, one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Balkans! After a panoramic city tour, we proceed to Sv. Stefan, famous for its rich history and stunning scenery. We will admire the magnificent view of this islet from above. Following all these discoveries, we will continue to the beautiful city of Shkodër in Albania. After dinner at our hotel, we retreat to our rooms for rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Upon our arrival in Tirana, we will visit Ethem Bey Mosque, completed in 1923 and one of Albania's cultural heritage sites. We will take a short break at Skanderbeg Square, where we will see the statue of Skanderbeg proudly rising in the center of the square. Another highlight of our tour is the Clock Tower of Tirana, built in 1821 by Ethem Bey. During this tour, the modern face and historical past of Tirana will combine to create unforgettable memories. After some free time, we will proceed to Ohrid, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. Upon arrival in Ohrid, a historical city that was an essential base of the Ottoman Empire in the Balkans, we will conduct a city tour. During our tour, we will see significant sites like the Statue of Saints Cyril and Methodius, believed to have developed the Cyrillic alphabet, and the Church of St. Sophia. Day 6: Ohrid – Tetova (Kalkandelen) – Skopje
After breakfast, we collect our luggage and set off to explore the unique nature and cultural treasures of Macedonia. Our first stop is Tetova (Kalkandelen), one of Macedonia's stunning towns. Here, we will visit the Alaca Mosque, one of the most colorful and impressive mosques in the Balkans, built in the 15th century. The vibrant colors and intricate decorations on its exterior will enchant you. While discovering this exquisite example of Ottoman architecture, we will embark on a journey back in time. After our visit in Tetova, we head to Pristina, the capital of Kosovo, surrounded by lush mountains. After our journey, upon arrival in Pristina, we will commence a panoramic city tour to explore the modern and historical aspects of Kosovo. During this tour, we will visit many valuable structures from the Ottoman period, including the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Mosque and the 18th-century Yasar Pasha Mosque. We will also visit the Tomb of Sultan Murad I, who was killed in the Kosovo Battle of 1389, giving us a chance to commemorate this significant historical event and its impact on Ottoman history. After our tour in Pristina, we will move on to Skopje. Enjoying the breathtaking views of Macedonia along the way, upon arrival in Skopje, our first stop will be the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, one of the largest and most magnificent mosques built in 1492. Our walk along the riverside will take us through Macedonia Square, the largest and most central point in Skopje, surrounded by modern buildings. GENERAL TERMS
1- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency may cancel the tour up to 21 days before the departure date. In this case, cancellation information will be communicated to the guest, and the full tour fee will be refunded. As for additional services purchased outside the tour; domestic flight connections purchased from the Agency will also be refunded, while visa services and travel health insurance, if a visa application has been made on behalf of the guest, will not be refunded since these services have been used. If the guest has purchased their domestic flight connection from a different service provider independent of the Agency, they cannot claim any refund from the Agency in the event that the trip is canceled by the Agency. Guests accept all material and moral losses resulting from the tour cancellation in advance at the time of purchasing the tour, and the Agency cannot be held responsible.
3- If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the Agency has the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the domestic transfers for the outbound and return trips.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date, the ticket costs (which do not have cancellation/change and refund rights) will be imposed as a penalty.
5- Guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify the Agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, except for airline tickets for which payment has been made and/or a commitment has been entered into by the Agency. In case of cancellations less than 31 days before the start date of the trip, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equivalent to 50% of the remaining tour fee from the airplane ticket cost; if canceled 15 days or less before the trip start date, the guest can cancel by paying the full tour fee as a penalty. In the event of a cancellation request, the refund conditions for additional services such as domestic flight connections, visa services, travel health insurance may vary based on the cancellation request time, so prior inquiries must be made regarding refunds. The Agency cannot guarantee refunds for additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and times of the tours specified in the program may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the visited locations and weather conditions. Different guides may assist our guests during the tours.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guide narration from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and historical site entries, and last for a maximum of 2-3 hours. The Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours if access is prohibited by local authorities on the scheduled days or due to any events leading to closed roads, as well as in cases where the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot in areas where access by vehicle is restricted or prohibited.
8- Our guide may change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on participant numbers, closure of museums and historical sites, and this also applies to any changes that may occur in flight times.
9- Important considerations for our tours conducted with Speed Boats include; not eating heavy meals and avoiding excessive water intake just before boarding the boat. Guests who have stomach, back, or neck complaints or are pregnant should inform their guides of their conditions.
10- There are no refunds for participation in included tour or meal services if not utilized.
About Flights
11- The Agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish law along with the Hague Protocol and Warsaw Convention will apply.
12- Delays or changes in flight times may occur in scheduled and charter flights. The Agency is required to inform about these changes as quickly as possible. The passenger has accepted the risk of changes/cancellations to the flight times when purchasing the trip.
13- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax fee.
14- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
15- Check-in and boarding processes for participants on flights are individual processes, and these procedures must be completed by the guests themselves at the airport, at the relevant airline counters, or online through the airline's websites before the flight.
16- Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are announced verbally at airports and displayed on information boards in the area. This information must be followed by the guests themselves.
17- The Agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the designated airport or who do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time. All expenses for new round-trip flight tickets necessary for those who miss their flight and related transfers to be included in the tour are the responsibility of the guests.
18- The general luggage weight for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this luggage weight may decrease to 15 kg. Extra luggage weight/price regulations are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the Agency.
19- For our guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles (to business or first class); upgrade processes may be performed based on the availability of the airline (check with your airline membership). No guarantee is provided for miles on each flight. Check whether the tickets for the program can be upgraded to an eligible class.
20- Some airlines may charge extra fees for meal service and online check-in services.
Other Matters
21- The Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellations made directly by the guest with the hotel. In such a case, the cancellation conditions of the Agency will apply.
22- In cases where hotels are presented without specified names but only with category information and/or offered with options for the same destination, the Agency will inform the guest 48 hours before the trip about the hotels.
23- During special periods such as fairs, conferences, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used from locations or distances greater than those specified. In this case, information will be provided by the Agency 15 days prior to the departure date of the tour.
24- During the registration of the purchased tour; the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport must be accurately entered/declared by the guest in the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for incorrect information leading to cancellation or changes of flight tickets will be charged to the guests.
25- To be able to use your mobile phones abroad, check with your carrier before leaving Turkey to ensure that your phone is enabled for international usage.
26- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
27- Request regarding the room (high floor, near common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) will be communicated to the hotel by the Agency. Care is taken for the reserved rooms to meet the preferences of the guest according to the availability of the hotel. These requests are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed by the Agency.
28- Breakfast provided at hotels may differ from the rich breakfast customary in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served as a limited selection of continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate area designated for groups.
29- In some cases, there may be a double bed instead of two twin beds. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be joined when necessary.
30- The child and extra bed policy may vary among hotels and room types.
31- All additional beds and baby cribs are subject to availability at the hotel and must be confirmed by the hotel.
32- The capacity for additional beds or baby cribs in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
33- In triple rooms, additional bed application exists, and the bed allocated to the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Additional beds are composed of folding beds or beds called coach beds. Our guests declare that they accept the potential crowding and bed type resulting from additional beds added to standard rooms in triple room and/or family reservations.
34- If the number of children and their ages accompanying adults in hotel reservations are reported incorrectly by our guests, the relevant hotels may charge additional fees. In this case, the responsibility lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. Hotels may request identification to verify the ages of children.
35- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices apply only if the child is accommodated along with two adults. Child discounts are valid only for one child fitting the age group alongside two adults.
36- Daily exchange rates will reflect on TL prices. The exchange rates at the time of payment are valid. Any additional requests and some extra services (mini bar, ironing, etc.) provided at the hotel will be subject to extra charges by the hotel. These expenses are not included in the purchase price and are directly paid to the hotel during your stay.
37- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism or local taxes. All such city, tourism or other taxes currently in force will be collected from the guests at check-in or check-out.
38- The distance of the roads provided in the programs is based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to situations such as traffic, weather conditions, geographic location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
39- The Agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program in mandatory situations or when deemed necessary.
40- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities of the participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and the Agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, the expenses incurred in delivering them to the individual and/or country will be borne by the owner of the item.
41- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and any relevant medications and prescriptions if they have any health issues.
42- For possible extra expenses, upon check-in at the hotel, the official identification/photo ID and a credit card or cash deposit may be requested by the hotel. The deposit requested at check-out is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, and the Agency has no intervention in this.
Visa and Passport
1- Guests must ensure that their passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.
2- To have an entry/exit stamp on your passport at customs, there must be at least 2 blank pages in your passport.
3- Having a visa exemption or having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry/exit into/ from the countries on this tour, as the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. The responsibility for this lies with the traveler.
4- Guests who are not Turkish citizens or are dual citizens and will participate in the tour using a different passport must personally inquire about the visa procedures applied by the country of travel at the relevant consulates; otherwise, the Agency will not be responsible for any consequences arising.
5- To avoid issues at the customs police at the border of the visited country due to damaged, torn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is recommended that passports be renewed. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
6- Guests under 18 years of age may be asked for joint consent documents from both parents by the police during entry and exit from countries when traveling alone or with only one parent. Therefore, it is recommended that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
