IMPORTANT NOTES


Points to consider when crossing into BATUM;

*It is mandatory to cross with a new identity card.

*There is no need for a passport or visa.

*Guests who are not Turkish citizens must cross with a passport.

*Guests under 18 years of age who will not cross at the same time as both parents must obtain a notarized consent letter to enter BATUM. It is strictly prohibited for guests under 18 to cross with only their mother or only their father.

*Children's identity cards must have a photograph. (There is no age limit.)

*Turkish or Georgian passport police at the border have the authority to refuse you entry into or exit from the country. Our agency is not responsible for this situation under any circumstances.

*During special days like holidays, New Year, and semester breaks, due to heavy traffic in tourist areas, there may be omissions or changes in the travel routes. Our agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.

*Fees collected under the name of plateau programs may vary depending on the transport companies in the region. (Unless there are significant increases in fuel prices, the amounts do not change.)

*Extra plateau tours are conducted by renting local minibuses.

*During the crossing to Batum, a bus with Batum license plates will be waiting for us at the border and accompanying us during the tour in Batum.

*Our agency is responsible for all tours mentioned in this program.

*If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not reached, our agency reserves the right to cancel the tour, provided that notice is given at least 5 (five) days in advance.

*In the event of tour cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded to the participant in the same manner it was paid.

*Participants will be dropped off at the point they boarded the vehicle. No additional stops or passenger drop-offs will be made at different points. *Our agency reserves the right to make changes in the tours due to weather, road, and extraordinary circumstances.

*Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen during the tour.

*Tours or excursions not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. Our agency cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or excursions.

*Child discounts are valid for participants under the age of 12, provided they are staying with 2 adults. *Accommodations in the program are organized in at least 4-star hotels. Changes may be made in hotels, provided that they maintain the same standards.

*Compulsory travel insurance is provided in our tours. It is mandatory to present the date of birth and T.C. identification number. Our agency is not obliged to verify this information.

*Our agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, road, crowding at tourist sites, etc.) or for delays caused by guests not adhering to the times specified by our guide, even when mentioned in the tour program.

*Our guide has the right to make any changes to the program when deemed necessary.

• A new type, chip-enabled, and photo ID is required.

• IDs must have a photo regardless of age (including infants).

• A notarized consent letter is required for those under 18 traveling without one of their parents.

• Passage is not allowed with broken or worn-out IDs.
